Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
As a senior member of the IT leadership team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of critical software and infrastructure projects. Your daily impact will include:
- Project Governance: Leading implementation processes using Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies.
- Financial Oversight: Developing and monitoring project budgets and financial tracking.
- Quality Assurance: Managing “Stage Gate” meetings to ensure deliverables meet rigorous standards before transitioning phases.
- Stakeholder Management: Building strong partnerships with business leaders and creating high-level presentation decks for senior management.
- Risk Management: Proactively identifying potential bottlenecks and driving the “lessons learned” process for every software release.
Candidate Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this high-level role, candidates must demonstrate a blend of academic excellence and hands-on technical leadership:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years in Project Management and at least 7+ years of total experience within the IT industry.
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in industry-standard tools like MS Project and MS EPM.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional conflict resolution skills and the maturity to handle fast-paced, competing client needs.
- Language: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred for local stakeholder coordination.
